The Swedish Bar Association's consumer dispute board

If the client is dissatisfied with the service provided by the lawyer, the client must contact the lawyer in writing to discuss the matter and to try to reach an amicable solution. If it is not possible to reach a solution by consensus, the client can turn to the Consumer Disputes Board. The Consumer Disputes Board hears fee disputes and other financial claims, both domestic and cross-border, that a consumer directs against a lawyer or a law firm
